A module designed for training Sales Executives, Sales Coordinators and Sales Managers.

Contenu

This module provides a general overview of the sales certification program which aims to support dealers to grow market share through systematic execution of the sales process.



Two distinct processes have been defined:



1.Sales Management Process


2.Sales Execution Process


 



The Sales Management Process allows Sales Managers and Coordinators to plan sales activities which are aligned to customers’ procurement and profile.



The Sales Execution Process allows Sales Executives to perform their job as per the Standard Sales Process, following CASE guidelines and is supported by professional working tools.
